This view feature allows the note bubbles to be hidden revealing the drawing with no annotations.  This option un-clutters the drawing space and makes it easy to see your progress in measuring/documenting the site.

The notes in your drawing are organized in a table view for easy review.  Each note has a note ID number that is used in the note bubble in the drawing.. making it easy to see the text associated with a specific note marked in the drawing.
